Working Conditions:

Requirements:

1. An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, business management, or a similar discipline is required.
2. at least two years in a similar position.
3. marketing prowess, customer focus, and responsiveness.
4. a track record of success managing people, resources (such as gardens, buildings, furniture, and fixtures), and finances
5. Self-motivation, initiative, and the capacity to work independently
6. demonstrated managerial and leadership abilities.
